No. Due to over regulation the complexities of marine insurance, we advise those customers who wish to take out “all risk” insurance cover to contact an insurance broker.
Yes, for a fee will increase our limited liability to the value of your cargo as stated on our Increased Liability Scheme Agreement Form. In the event of an entire package becoming lost, we will compensate you up to the value declared on the Increased Liability Scheme Agreement Form.
No. You can only claim if the entire barrel, drum or other small package and the contents are lost. It does not cover individual items missing from a package.
Yes. In order to obtain cover you must sign or email to us, an Increased Liability Scheme Agreement Form before delivering the cargo to us.
Provided that you filled out an Increased Liability Scheme Agreement Form and you have paid the premium; you can claim up to amount declared on the form for the missing package.
No because it is impossible to guarantee arrival times which means that we are unable to insure against delays. We advise you ship urgent cargo as early as possible.
